Hi Jason & everyone @ the ranch.  Just wanted to tell you all again what
an awesome time Joe & I had while on our 1st wedding anniversary trip!  It
was more than what we expected & we had the time of our lives!  The
accommodations @ the ranch are outstanding, & James is an excellent chef!
We can't wait to come back next year!  Hope all is well.

  Pam and I want to thank you and the staff of 777 for a wonderful time.
  This was the most exciting hunt we have ever experienced. You were always
  on top of things to ensure we got the the type of animals we were looking
  for. Making arrangements with Jennifer for the hunt was an excellent
  experience, (she is so easy and nice to talk with). Chef James is a great
  cook and went out of his way to prepare food for Pam the way she likes it.
  After the meals we enjoyed visiting with you and James.

  This experience has taught us a valuable lesson. It's not just the hunt
  that matters but the people and friends you make during the hunt.

  We will be calling Jennifer shortly to book another hunt. (Pam has decided
  she must have a zebra rug).

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell everyone at the 777 how much I appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of every staff member we met. It was our first time to the 777 and will not be our last. I want to give a special thanks to Les and Tommy

I will apologize for not sending my appreciation to the both of you sooner for the wonderful time we had at the ranch. This was one of my most enjoyable trips in a long time. I am a true fan and have a major passion for hunting, but when you mix my dad who was celebrating his 70th birthday and a cousin that had never been on an exotic hunt, it just made it all special.

I would like to sincerely thank the both of you for taking care of my family and making some dreams come true for them. I truly appreciate the hospitality, professionalism and the expert care taken to grant all our wishes.

I want to make it a point to share a few compliments too, because I know in your business when something doesn't go to suit someone, they don't hesitate to let you know.  There was so much that went well this past weekend, it'll be easy to miss something, but here's a shot!

Right off the bat, Tommy did a great job as guide and host.  He has a great combination of professionalism and a personal touch and made it fun for a teenager and his old uncle.  He also demonstrated excellent (and diplomatic!) skills afield, and I'm sure Jack learned from him (heck, I did too).

The lodging, food and competence of the entire staff made quite an impression.  I've been lucky enough to hunt in quite a few places and the Triple 7 out performs them all when it comes to so many good qualities.

It was refreshing to be around so many guides and other staff who are not only doing a good job but personable.

Good luck the rest of 2010, and trust we'll see each other again.  If you're ever in Arkansas or in the area, let me know.

I had the opportunity to spend this past weekend (October 16 and 17) at your ranch with the group from Custom Threading. This was my very first time to dove hunt. Although the birds were not flying in great numbers, I still had an excellent time. There was a group of 5 of us that was kind of adopted by Les. Les was very knowledgeable of the ranch, the various species of animals and he was just a pleasure to hunt and fish with. Les took the time to make sure each of us was taken care of, that our needs were met and he took extra time with a couple of us that were new to dove hunting. All of your staff were great. Any one of them would take the time to speak and inform. The food was great! Your chef was spot on and the meals were perfect. The facilities were immaculate. The cabins and the lodge were comfortable. I felt that we received the same personal service as any one else that enters your gate.

I supervise about 26 people and I learned a long time ago that regardless how great your product may be, it's your people that actually make the difference. You have a product that just may be matchless but it's your people that make the experience that much better. If I ever get the opportunity to come back, I will certainly take full advantage of that opportunity.

By the way, the fishing was great too. One of the guys in our group caught one about 5 to 5 1/2 pounds and for myself the largest was about 3 1/2 pounds. Lots of smaller, solid fish were caught. Just another one of the great amenities that you have!
