Jeff Rann -
Owner /Professional Hunter
Jeff began his professional hunting
career in 1977 after completing a 3 year apprenticeship
with Zambia Safaris. In 1981 he moved to South Africa,
primarily hunting Letaba Ranch for Limpopo Safaris. Two
years later Jeff joined Hunters Africa and hunted
Tanzania until 1985. It was during this time that he
began hunting in Botswana and in 1987 was named Botswana
Professional Hunter of the year. By 1989 he was hunting
predominately the Okavango Delta.

Jason Molitor - Ranch Manager
Jason
Molitor is the 777 Ranch Manager and a guide on the
Ranch. He has been with the ranch since Jeff Rann
took over the ranch in 2002 and worked with the
previous owner for 2 and a half years. He has guided
hunters from all over the world to numerous top ten
animals while guiding on the 777 Ranch. He is a
Safari Club International, Exotic Wildlife
Association and Texas Deer Association Member. He is
also An official Measurer for Safari Club
International. He has been an Avid Hunter and
Fisherman all his life and made several trips to
Africa hunting with Rann Safaris for Plains Game as
well as Dangerous game with his clients from the 777
Ranch.

Jennifer Molitor - Marketing
Jennifer has really been with the 777 Ranch as
long as her husband Jason but officially started
working in the office in 2004. She is
responsible for all the bookings and scheduling
of the clients for the ranch along with her
other office duties. She is a mother of 3
children but somehow still finds the time to
make sure every guest's stay is the best it
could possibly be on the 777 Ranch. If you
require special needs before or during your stay
she is the person that can make that happen.

James
Herrera –
Chef
Chef James Herrera is our newest edition
to the ranch. He started in the late months
of 2007. Chef Herrera is a classically
trained chef. He graduated from the Texas
Culinary Academy in Austin, Texas. Through
the leCordon bleu program, teaching french
techniques. His experience derives from The
Huisache Grill in New Braunfels, Texas where
he left holding the position of Head
Chef. Joining the 777 Ranch allows him to
continue his passion for cooking and Love of
the outdoors. Chef Herrera is happy to offer
a variety of food, using the freshest of
products and an assortment of exotic game
meat.

Dean Hamby – Wildlife Manager/Guide
Dean joined the 777 Ranch in 2007 as
Wildlife Manager and Guide. His main duties
include the day to day care of the numerous
breeding herds on the 777 Ranch as well as
guiding. Although Dean has had other
successful careers in his life; in 2007 he
came to the 777 Ranch to realize his life
long dream of making his living hunting and
fishing. He has been an avid hunter and
fisherman all his life. He is a member of
Safari Club International, Exotic Wildlife
Association and Texas Deer Association.

Giovanna Hamby – Accountant
Giovanna, a graduate from University of
Houston – Clear Lake, brings years of
accounting experience to the 777 Ranch. She
and her husband Dean moved from the
Alvin/Houston area and enjoy raising their
family in a small town environment. Along
with accounting duties Giovanna also helps
to make each guest’s stay a success.

Danny DeCock - Guide
Danny has been with the 777 Ranch since
2007. He has over 2 years of guiding
experience on other exotic and whitetail
ranches in Texas. He has hunted and
fished all his life. Although new to his
guiding career at the 777 Ranch he has
extensive knowledge of the exotic
animals on the ranch and all his clients
have been very satisfied with their time
hunting and fishing with Danny.

Marcelino Covarrubias
- Ranch Foreman/Guide
Marcelino has been with the 777 Ranch
since 2002. His main duties are the
general Maintenance of the ranch and he
is also the head skinner. He also is
bilingual and guides our Spanish
speaking clients. With Marcelino his
clients have taken many great trophies
including many that would make the top
Ten in the SCI record book. He has
skinned and caped more animals over the
last years than most people do in a
lifetime. You can trust that your animal
is in the best of hands for processing
with Marcelino.

Chuck Connell - 777 Ranch Mechanic
/ Farm Hand
Chuck has been with the 777 Ranch since
early 2006. His main duties include
keeping all the ranch equipment in good
running order and planting and
Maintaning the food crops for the
Animals. Although you might not meet
Chuck at your stay at the 777 Ranch he
is out working behind the scenes to make
the ranch one of the best in the
country.

Rose and
Gloria - Housekeeping
Rose started with the 777 Ranch in 1996.
Gloria started in 1997. Their main
duties are keeping the lodge and the
cabins spotless. They enjoy working on
the ranch and meeting new people from
all over the globe here at the 777
Ranch. Rose and Gloria take care of the
lodge and Cabins so well that it rivals
any 5 star resort.
