Jeff Rann -
Owner /Professional Hunter
Jeff began his professional hunting
career in 1977 after completing a 3 year apprenticeship
with Zambia Safaris. In 1981 he moved to South Africa,
primarily hunting Letaba Ranch for Limpopo Safaris. Two
years later Jeff joined Hunters Africa and hunted
Tanzania until 1985. It was during this time that he
began hunting in Botswana and in 1987 was named Botswana
Professional Hunter of the year. By 1989 he was hunting
predominately the Okavango Delta.

Jason Molitor - Ranch Manager
Jason
Molitor is the 777 Ranch Manager and a guide on the
Ranch. He has been with the ranch since Jeff Rann
took over the ranch in 2002 and worked with the
previous owner for 2 and a half years. He has guided
hunters from all over the world to numerous top ten
animals while guiding on the 777 Ranch. He is a
Safari Club International, Exotic Wildlife
Association and Texas Deer Association Member. He is
also An official Measurer for Safari Club
International. He has been an Avid Hunter and
Fisherman all his life and made several trips to
Africa hunting with Rann Safaris for Plains Game as
well as Dangerous game with his clients from the 777
Ranch.

Jennifer Molitor - Marketing
Jennifer has really been with the 777 Ranch as
long as her husband Jason but officially started
working in the office in 2004. She is
responsible for all the bookings and scheduling
of the clients for the ranch along with her
other office duties. She is a mother of 3
children but somehow still finds the time to
make sure every guest's stay is the best it
could possibly be on the 777 Ranch. If you
require special needs before or during your stay
she is the person that can make that happen.

James
Herrera –
Chef
Chef James Herrera started in the late
months of 2007. Chef Herrera is a classically
trained chef. He graduated from the Texas
Culinary Academy in Austin, Texas. Through
the leCordon bleu program, teaching French
techniques. His experience derives from The Huisache Grill in New Braunfels, Texas where
he left holding the position of Head
Chef. Joining the 777 Ranch allows him to
continue his passion for cooking and Love of
the outdoors. Chef Herrera is happy to offer
a variety of food, using the freshest of
products and an assortment of exotic game
meat.

Jared Rann - Guide
Jared Rann is the son of Jeff Rann. He has
been in Botswana hunting camps since he was
6 months old. Jared was educated in South
Africa at Hilton College in Hilton Kwazulu,
Natal. He is currently attending Texas A&M
University studying Wildlife Science and
Business. Jared has been guiding clients
professionally for 3 years at 777 Ranch, and
will finish his apprenticeship for his
professional license in Botswana at the end
of the Botswana 2008 Season. Then he will be
eligible for his full Botswana Professional
Hunter's License. Jared currently splits his
year between Texas A&M, 777 Ranch, and
Botswana.

Marcelino Covarrubias
- Ranch Foreman/Guide
Marcelino has been with the 777 Ranch
since 2002. His main duties are the
general Maintenance of the ranch and he
is also the head skinner. He also is
bilingual and guides our Spanish
speaking clients. With Marcelino his
clients have taken many great trophies
including many that would make the top
Ten in the SCI record book. He has
skinned and caped more animals over the
last years than most people do in a
lifetime. You can trust that your animal
is in the best of hands for processing
with Marcelino.

Les
Zimmerman - Guide
Les started guiding for the 777 Ranch in
2003. Les is an avid bow hunter, who has
hunted across North America and as far away
as Zimbabwe, Africa. He also loves to fish
for the largemouth bass on the 777 Ranch.
He is a patient, knowledgeable guide and his
clients come back year after year requesting
to hunt and fish with Les.

Tommy
Sowell - Guide
Tommy grew up hunting
whitetail, axis, and other native Texas game
with a rifle. Now he is also an avid bow
hunter. Since Tommy has started in 2009, he
has guided numerous trophy whitetail hunts
and has become proficient at scoring deer on
the hoof. On exotic hunts, he has quickly
proven his knowledge of exotic species by
producing quality animals for all of his
hunters. Tommy is a member of Safari Club
International, Texas Trophy Hunters
Association, and the Coastal Conservation
Association.

Rose and
Gloria - Housekeeping
Rose started with the 777 Ranch in 1996.
Gloria started in 1997. Their main
duties are keeping the lodge and the
cabins spotless. They enjoy working on
the ranch and meeting new people from
all over the globe here at the 777
Ranch. Rose and Gloria take care of the
lodge and Cabins so well that it rivals
any 5 star resort.
