Season:  October 1 – January 31 (valid Texas hunting license required)

·        A 4 day/3 night trip is recommended on all whitetail hunts. 

·        Daily rates include meals, lodging, and guide. 

·        Check in is 12 pm the first day of your trip and check out is 11 am the last day.

·        Caping/skinning, processing of meat, shipping, and taxidermy are not included in the trophy fee.

·        Recommended calibers:  .270, 7mm, .30-06, and .300

·        Wounded game same as kill.

 Includes Lodging for 2 nights/3 Days (check in at 12 noon - check out at 11 am), Meals, Beverages, Guided Hunting, 2 Feral Hogs, Fishing, Touring, Skinning and Quartering.

 Rates:    $621 (per person) (2 Hunter Minimum)

Extra charge for airport pick-up = $25

Extra charge for Caping Head for Shoulder Mounting = $25

Dove Hunting

Afternoon Dove Hunt

$150 Per Person (minimum 5 people)

Includes guided hunt and bird processing ….plus a steak dinner with open bar after hunt.

Payments and Policies

Occupancy Rates include:

• Shuttle from San Antonio airport at 12:00 PM

• Open Bar in the evening

Occupancy Rates Do Not include:

• Trophy fees for game taken or wounded

• Ammunition

• Hunting Licenses

• Skinning, caping, shipping, and taxidermy

• Gratuities and taxes

• Early or late airport shuttles (outside of 12:00 PM free shuttle)

 Deposits:

• Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of total daily fees

• Some hunts/trips may require larger deposits

• Upon receipt of deposit, a confirmation letter will be sent to you

Final Payment: For deposits and Daily rates only we accept all Major credit cards. All balances paid in full upon departure. Check, Cash or Wire Transfer preferred at check out. We accept checks, Cash (U.S. dollars only), Cashier Checks, Travelers Checks, Money Orders. Wire transfers are accepted as final payment as long as the funds are transferred prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy:  All Deposits are non-refundable. A minimum of 30 days written notice must be given for cancellations and rescheduling. Any cancellations prior to 30 days before trip, you must reschedule with in one year. Cancellations less than 30 days before scheduled trip must be rescheduled within 3 months, after that deposits are forfeited.  Due to the unique nature on the bookings at the 777 Ranch, all no-shows will be billed in full.  Please have stand-ins available. You are responsible for the dates reserved for you. If you choose to leave early, you still pay for all days reserved on schedule.
