Cancellation Policy :
All balances paid in full upon departure. Convenience Fee will be applied to final bill if paying with a Credit Card at Check Out. Fee will vary depending on type of Credit Card. We accept checks, Cash (U.S. dollars only), Cashier Checks, Travelers Cheques, Money Orders, or Credit Cards. Wire transfers are accepted as final payment as long as the funds are transferred prior to departure. NSF fee is $25 for any returned check.
All Deposits are non-refundable. A minimum of 30 days written notice must be given for cancellations and rescheduling. Any cancellations prior to 30 days before trip, you must reschedule with in one year. Cancellations less than 30 days before scheduled trip must be rescheduled within 3 months, after that deposits are forfeited. Due to the unique nature on the bookings at the 777 Ranch, all no-shows will be billed in full. Please have stand-ins available. You are responsible for the dates reserved for you. If you choose to leave early, you still pay for all days reserved on schedule.
